Description
This is a new series I'm doing, basically, the up-and-coming referendum for Scottish independence is tipped in Scotland's favour and the UK is left with England, Northern Ireland and Wales. The Republic of Ireland joins the UK in 2015 and the United Kingdom of England, Wales and Ireland is proclaimed, Queen Elizabeth II dies in 2017 and Prince Charles ascends to the throne, crowned as King Charles III.

The SNP wanted "independence" while remaining part of the EU - hilarious. And they wanted to keep the £! An unusual kind of "independence " that would be. The UK is part of the EU, which means, in essence, it's about as independent itself as the state of Kansas, USA.
The UK is finished. The arrival of of Anthony Blair as prime minister in 1997 sealed its doom. All great powers have their day and then decline; the election of the abominable Bliar 3 times put a shroud over Britain. The damage Blair and his creatures did is too severe to be repaired. Once again, a people have themselves, in many cases, engineered their own destruction.
