Austria-Hungary is a successor to the old Austro-Hungarian Empire, formed on the day of the old Empire's dissolution in 2018, Karl Habsburg reunited the nation after the New Monarchy Agreement was signed between the two nations, the monarchy has two seats in the European Union and United Nations for each country, the UN and EU member states recognise the new nation, with the Habsburgs back in power, the former nations of Yugoslavia were worried that the old Empire might be resurrected and history may repeat itself, this idea has died as Kosovo, Bosnia-Hercegovina and the other nations that once made up Yugoslavia signed numerous peace agreements with Austria-Hungary.
